Can Jodi autograph my pretty stuff?

Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be possible for Jodi to sign every item sold through the online store. However, there are particular products that are stated as being autographed by Jodi – for example, the membership cards to The Manor & Ice come with a covering letter that is autographed by Jodi.

 

Can I buy signed books through the online store?

Unfortunately not. All of Jodi’s published novels are available to but through many retailers, but they are not autographed. You can find the various retailers on Jodi’s website www.jodiellenmalpas.co.uk

 

Can I return my items?

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please email customerservices@jodiellenmalpas.co.uk if you would like to return an item.

 

What happens if my goods are damaged?

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged upon receipt, please email customerservices@jodiellenmalpas.co.uk to notify us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Please email customerservices@jodiellenmalpas.co.uk as soon as possible to cancel your order. We aim to process orders within 3 working days, but the volume of orders dictates whether this estimated time is reduced. 

 

Can I track my order?

Upon checkout on the online store, if tracked shipping is available for your country, you will be given an option to select tracked delivery.

 

Will I be kept up-to-date on the progress of my order?

Yes, you will receive updates from us to tell you that we have 1) received your order 2) packaged your order 3) Shipped your order. Please note that we are based in the UK. If you have ordered from outside of the UK, delivery could take up to 2 weeks depending on service and territory.

 

Will you share my personal details with any third parties?

Never. All of you information is kept on a secure system for our records only. By ordering through the JEM online store, you automatically get signed up for the JEM newsletter which is delivered by email bi-monthly. All of the news and information contained within this mailshot is linked to Jodi, her work and her reading recommendations.

 

Are my credit card details secure? 

Yes. All payments are made through Paypal who handle the transactions. None of your card details are available to us here at JEM online.

 

Can I get mass-order discount?

Please email customerservice@jodiellenmalpas.co.uk with your enquiry and we’ll be happy to assist where possible.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process your order within 3 working days, ready to be shipped. Please see the information below for estimated delivery times based on your location. Please note that most parcels will reach their destination within two weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive. There may be delays if parcels are stopped at customs. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Please see below for estimated delivery times. The below information is for guide purposes only. We are unable to specify exact delivery dates. 

 

UK

Most products sold through the store will be delivered within 5 working days. There are a few exclusions, such as Northern Ireland, the Highlands and remote islands surrounding the UK.

 

Western Europe

Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
